Background
Home Health Care is a vast category and can be overwhelming, especially for someone with a new health concern or a new caregiver. CVS wanted to provide their online shoppers with a more intuitive and supportive alternative for navigating this category.
Role
Collaborating closely with the client and our content team, I owned the UX, testing, final design and build requirements for this project.
Approach
We wanted to make the process of finding the right products and advice online more like an in-store consultation. Instead of product categories, we used need-based categories. For those not sure where to start, a simple quiz helped us guide them to the most relevant category, product recommendations and advice.
